This section shall allow the farmers from whole of the state to register themselves as Livestock farmers. They can register as Dairy Farmer, Piggery Farmer, Poultry Farmer, Mithun farmer, Yak farmer, Goat farmer etc. by just filling a form.

The Registration of farmers will help in prompt service delivery to the farmers and at the same time the data can be used for planning and developing long term state policies for future development in Animal Health care and Livestock sectors in the state.
